We take great pride in our 1001Tracklists community and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your goods, we’re here to help.
Unwashed/unworn items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of arrival for a full refund to the original form of payment. Please email email@example.com with ‘REFUND’ in the subject line of your email to begin the return process. From there we will be in direct contact to verify, approve, and process your refund.
The total amount refunded will be credited to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling,) or as store credit once the item(s) are inspected.
Item(s) that are purchased on-site at an event, are in unsatisfactory condition, or are returned after 14 days from arrival, are ineligible for a refund.
Please note we are unable to accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange items, your best option is to return your items and simply reorder a replacement.
